You see it every time you go to the supermarket on the plastic bags even you use to package your fruits and vegetables. The message on the bags is make sure to eat the proper servings of fruits and vegetables daily. It states to have at least 5 servings of fruit and vegetables a day for better health. Eating five or more servings of vegetables and fruits each day is the message being referenced here but yet very few people do this task.
If you or children aren't big fans of fruits and vegetables, the vegetables especially, it may be a difficult thing to be able to fit in and consume what is considered to be a portion.
